- Avoid water and moisture: While stainless steel is more resistant than other metals, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising to protect the coating and natural materials.
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and sprays: Chemicals and oils can cause discolouration or damage over time.
- Store carefully: Keep your jewellery in a soft pouch or box, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Handle with care: Beaded jewellery is delicate — avoid tugging or dropping to prevent breakage.
- Clean gently: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove natural oils and residue.

Natural Wear & Tarnishing
Please note that while our coated stainless steel components are durable and tarnish-resistant, no metal is completely immune to wear. Over time, natural tarnishing or fading may occur due to exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or the skin’s natural oils.
This is considered a normal characteristic of jewellery wear and is not a manufacturing fault. Following the care instructions above will help maintain your piece’s shine and longevity.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
