Shipping policy
We aim to make sure your DEYA pieces reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Each item is hand crafted with care, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare and package your order.
Processing Times
All jewellery is made to order or in small batches.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
- During busier periods (such as new collection launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
If you need your order urgently, please reach out to hello@shopdeya.com before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We currently ship within Australia and to the USA and New Zealand.
- Standard Shipping within Australia: Flat rate of $10 AUD, delivered via Australia Post (approx. 3–8 business days)
- Express Shipping within Australia: Flat rate of $15 AUD, delivered via Australia Post Express (approx. 1–3 business days)
- Standard International NZ: approximately 5-12 business days
- Standard International USA: approximately 5 -20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs, peak periods, or delays outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International orders)
For international orders (USA & NZ):
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not collected by DEYA
- These charges are set by your local customs authority and may be payable upon delivery.
- DEYA is not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or returned parcels due to unpaid customs charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post tracking website.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact Australia Post directly for the fastest assistance.
- If your parcel is confirmed lost, please email us at hello@shopdeya.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Please note: DEYA is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged in DEYA’s signature materials to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. Multiple items may be packed together unless otherwise requested.
Address Changes
If you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately at hello@shopdeya.com.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
