How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is hand-crafted with care.
- Made to order pieces: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders: Allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be created before shipping.
- Initial charm necklaces: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your personalised charm before we assemble and ship your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! You can select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that express shipping applies to the delivery time only — custom and initial charm pieces will still follow their creation or sourcing timelines.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Australia only, but we’re working on expanding soon!
How should I care for my DEYA jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and salt water to keep it looking its best.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are made with jewellery-grade stainless steel and 18ct gold plating, chosen for their durability and long-lasting shine. With proper care, they’ll stay beautiful for years — but like all plated metals, gentle wear is recommended.
What sizes do your necklaces come in?
We currently offer two lengths — 44 cm and 48.5 cm, both with a 5 cm extender for an adjustable fit. You can view our Size Guide for a visual reference.
What materials do you use?
All DEYA pieces are made from a mixture of high-quality glass, crystal and gemstone beads, stainless steel findings, and Flex-Rite™ 49-strand micro wire for strength and flexibility.
Please note that because we use natural materials, subtle differences in colour and transparency may occur.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to provide store credit under certain conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us at hello@shopdeya.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly.
Can I make a custom order?
Absolutely. We love bringing ideas to life. Custom orders take approximately 3 weeks to complete before shipping. Get in touch via hello@shopdeya.com to discuss your design.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but we have some great options in the works - keep your eyes peeled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
How long does international shipping take?
New Zealand: approx. 5–12 business days
United States: approx. 6–20 business days
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. DEYA does not collect duties or taxes at checkout. Any fees are set by your local customs authority and may be payable upon delivery.
Who pays for international return shipping?
International customers (USA & NZ) cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
